I took a moment
From the palm of
Your hand
You knew, didn’t want to understand
Forever’s not granted to us
Only this momentary love

Slip me the warmth of your kiss
I’ll miss you.
Show me this, momentary love
I’ll miss you
Hold me when the dawn lifts up,
Before you leave
This momentary love

I took a moment
From the palm of your hand
You murmured that time never understands
How a heart feels, when love leaves
In a moment.
