#27 healing poetry; unburdened

I wander through moments
Like they’re rooms in a house
Strange clicking snapshots
Of things I’m now without
There’s a dusky shine
To the old wooden floors of my mind
And I reach for the windows
A step out of time, and in time
And in rhyme with fizzing lines
Of moments long gone by
And today
I feel unburdened
From my life.

Hey there. My name is Ash. Whenever I feel lost or confused, I write. This blog is a project in releasing the poetry I would have kept locked up inside, otherwise. It's pronounced 'LOU-lah-NA.' Enjoy your visit!
